My streetported 13BT N/A 1984 RX-7 on the dyno
WOR Dyno Day 2009 at Colletti's in Dayton. This is runs 3 and 4. I premix a lot, and tuned the computer to dump mass amounts of fuel on overrun to try to keep things internally cool, so it smokes a lot (or just backfires) when you let off the throttle. Sorry for the shakycam - I was a little nervous! End result - 170whp four times in a row. Either it's not heat soaking, or that's how much power it makes when it is heat soaked! Which is nice, because that's how it gets driven.

1994 Mazda Miata -Megasquirt PNP w/ KSMS, LC-1, and EBC -BEGI manifold/3" DP -Enthuza 3" exhaust w/ 3" high-flow cat -Garrett GT2554R -Custom FMIC -14psi -self-tuned This car made 219whp at 12psi on a different timing map. Estimated horsepower is 230-240whp. Speedometer reads slow. 60mph is obtained at 6025rpm in 3rd gear (approximately 6300rpm on the tach, the tach reads high too). 0-60 in 4.9 seconds, confirmed via datalog using RPM to calculate speed. Future plans involve Toyota COPs, water injection, and a larger turbo...
