A 2004 Mazda RX8 on the Dyno, sporting a SFR Turbo Kit with a Turbonetics 60-1 turbo, Tial 44mm WG, Spearco Intercooler, HKS SSQV BOV, Denso 720 cc Primary and Primary 2 injectors; an AutoEXE Body kit, Seibon Carbon hood, Custom Pacifica Blue Metallic Paint Job Due to problems the car only made 250hp at 7psi Within a couple months the motor blew, and the car is in the process of being rebuilt, when its done, new videos will be up with the new motor With the turbo on the Renesis my gas mileage did go significantly down. I was getting about 8 mpg under heavy driving (which is how I drive most of the time) and 12 under light driving in the city and 14-16 highway mpg this was in large because of the larger injectors I had that flowed over twice as much as stock Also due to all of the incorrect information in the comments I thought I would clear a few things up. 1 A stock RX8 does make 232 on a manual and 212 with the automatic, but thats measured at the flywheel, my car made 250 on the chassis Dyno in the video which measures the hp at the wheels (whp) due to loss of power in the drive train (transmission, differential, etc...) whp is always less usually about 10% but rotaries usually loose more. So a stock RX8 manual make about 186 at the wheels and automatics make around 160 some have shown ore but those are average. Mine is a manual and it made 182 stock
